When prompted to leave a message, please leave:

-Your name
-Your phone number *slowly* we are writing it down
-The date and time of your desired reservation
-The number of people in your party

We start returning calls at 3 pm in the following order:

All messages for same day reservations are called back first
The balance of messages will be answered in the order that they were received.
If you called at 3 pm, there are probably 20 calls ahead of you from earlier in the day that we are returning,
be patient, we will get to you.

If we call you back and your voice mailbox is full, we cannot leave you a message.
If you don't answer our call, we move down the list. We will circle back to you when we get through the list.

A 6 PM RESERVATION DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN WE CAN SEAT YOU AT 6 PM ON THE DOT.

It is important to remember that when you arrive at your reserved time, we may not be able to seat you immediately, if the previous party at your table hasn't left yet. We do our best to ensure that you are seated quickly.
You will be seated at the next available table that can accommodate your party. We're pretty good at estimating dining times, and rarely will you wait long for your table. (But if you remember the old days, it's better than sitting in the waiting room for 2 hrs)

We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes, unless you call and let us know that you are going to be late.
Remember there are reservations that follow at your table, so if you're late, that eats into your seating time.

BOOKING TIPS:
Weekends book out about 2-3 weeks in advance, Holidays book out a month or more, but we do keep a cancellation list.
Although cancellations are rare, we usually know what will be available that night when we start returning calls.

OUTDOOR DINING:
Keep in mind that outdoor dining is OUTDOORS...
It is an enclosed structure with a concrete slab, it has a corrugated fiberglass roof, and lattice around the outside. There are patio lights strung along the ceiling, table cloths on the tables, and music playing throughout. We have fans, and heaters, but...
If it's cold out, you will be COLD, and if it's hot out, you will be HOT.
Joe Spano is an amazing man, but he cannot control the weather.
Keep an eye on the weather before you come, and dress accordingly.
If you have a reservation for outside, we cannot move you inside, unless there happens to be an open table.
